What makes the HJ-109-E better than it’s similarly priced competitors, is that you can buy this pedometer as your first pedometer and never need to buy another one to upgrade.

Just set the time, your weight and stride length and away you go. You can keep track of steps, how far you’ve walked (km) and how many calories you’ve burned while doing so. The pedometer will even remember your steps for you on it’s 7 day memory.
